How do I listen to a song before I place an order?Go to the featured songs page located here. On that page, you will see our videos where the songs are played. This is also a great video for you to play in your nursery!
Can I have all my children's names on the same song?We cannot do twins or two children names since the songs are written with only one name in mind.
I have a question about the pronunciation of names.Since we have orders from people from different countries, in order to record the name with the right pronunciation, we provide an audio upload section on our form (you will be directed to it after your purchase) so that you can submit a recording of your child's name.
Do you offer a physical CD instead of a digital download?Yes, we offer a customized CD, and you can order a single song or a combination of songs. The price will be different from the digital download. For a combination of songs, get in contact with us to inquire about a special order, so that we may contact you to gather more detailed information and give you a quote.
I received my CD and it's not playing correctly. What do I need to do?
We can replace your CD but First, let us go through a few questions so that we can make sure you've spotted any of the issues below:
- Do you see any scratches on the back of the CD?
- Does it seem to skip in the same spot each time you try and play it, or does it seem to jump around, maybe even from song to song?
- Have you tried the CD on any other devices or on a computer?
We've found that some of our customer's CD players are not compatible with some of the newer generation of CDs. Sometimes, when the CD is played on another player it works as expected but in the original player, it doesn't. If that is the case, sending a replacement CD will more than likely not solve the problem.
All of our CDs are tested before they are shipped. We've found that 99% of the CDs that have this issue work on a newer device.
If however, the issue persists on different players then there is probably a small scratch, even if you can't see it. In this case, a replacement CD should solve the problem. Please contact us here and we will be glad to assist you and send you a replacement.
Can I order multiple songs under a single digital download?We recorded singles, however, if you want all the songs in a single download, we can do that for you under a different price as a special order. Contact us for more details.
How long it takes to deliver a personalized or special order?It may take up to 7-14 days for delivery, as we need to go to our studio to make the recording, mixing, and mastering of the song and will depend on where you are located in. If you plan to give a gift for a newborn, for a birthday or baptism occasion, we kindly ask you to place your order in advance.
How many times the child's name is placed in the song?
The child's name is not recorded and placed in any random section of the song. It is not about the number of times. We consider the intention and purpose of the name at specific points in the song.
The purpose is to bring the child's attention to the words of affirmations and to anchor that affirmation to the child's memory.
Usually, the name comes prior to the words of affirmation, and it repeats twice. The name can be added at other sections of the song depending upon the song's nature, its available space between the lyrics and melodic line, and if it makes sense to place the name at a particular spot.
